Chibuzor O. delivered my order from Pet Smart. 4 boxes of 40lb bags of cat litter. He followed my instructions, which were a lot because I live in an apartment complex, exactly. He greeted me and smiled when I opened my door. I held the doors for him as he had 4 heavy boxes to bring up to the 2nd floor. He was so kind and helpful. I'm unable to lift anything due to an injury. This is why I use autoship with PetSmart. He actually stacked the boxes in my storage closet!!
