I used Uber scheduling for an airport pickup. The Uber app says the driver will monitor the flight. My departing airport closed due to weather. The Uber driver canceled and billed me a cancelation fee before my departing flight left for ORD. I will try to avoid Uber as much as possible. Terrible customer service!
