Uber support is the worst. First, they don't have phone numbers that are active for you to get help on an issue with their service. When you do finally get ahold of someone, it's not in the U.S. and they do not want to assist. Customer service is supposed to be just that and you get anything but. Obviously Uber doesn't care about its customers or its employees giving you less than sub-par service. They do everything they can not to help you.
