Uber offers no human support only AI robots that do not resolve your issue they don’t even respond to your issue their response has nothing to do with what you asked. Every time I do a grocery order they screw something up and I end up paying for items I didn’t ask for and can’t use bc their support system is nothing but robots soo frustrating
Uber support needs to hire actual humans in order to call it support bc what it is is useless
