I missed my secondary mobile while riding a cab for a short distance on 25 August after from my home to Deep Market Ashok Vihar. After noticing my missing phone, I called the secondary mobile. The diver picked it up and told me he has the phone and he would return it on 26 August as he was going home to Sonipat after his ongoing ride. I raised the issue with uber help. They assured me that driver has been contacted and he would do the needful. In this regard the uber is saying action is being taken and inform me about. After that I have been trying to call driver through uber app. He is not picking up. Uber is also not responding. Already about 55 hours has elapsed and I am still to receive my phone. I have been waiting at my home last two days without venturing out. I wasted my precious two days of personal engagements. This is not expected from a company of international repute, not to help its customer to recover his lost item. This really sorry state of affairs. I request the higher management to get involved and get back phone at the earliest. I am handicapped with this my mobile
