I reserved an Uber for this morning. It said my ride was "confirned" and they would give me driver information by a certain time. This made me think that I was going to get a ride.
No one ever showed up, and they didn't tell me that no one was coming until the exact pickup time.
I missed my bus and train because of this. Their only "customer service" is a bot.
As soon as I use up the money in my Uber wallet, I will delete them.
