I ordered two XL funeral flower baskets for $497.18 through your platform in Toronto. The listing did not state a 2-day delivery timeframe until after I placed the order. These were urgently needed for a funeral and became useless due to the delay. I canceled immediately once I saw the timeframe.
I have full cancellation documentation and proof that no flowers were delivered.
This was an extremely sensitive occasion, and this experience added unnecessary stress to a difficult time.
