I reserved a ride on the uber app. The day before my ride was scheduled i received an alert that my payment needed to be updated by 03:00am or my ride would be canceled. I checked my bank and the payment went through at 1:00pm that same day. I then called uber and was told that everything was fine and to expect my ride on time the next day. 5 minutes after my ride was suppose to be there I received another alert that a driver could not be found. I received a refund for this ride the same day. The next day I checked my bank and Uber is trying to again charge me for this same ride. I almost missed my flight and had to pay $400.00 to park my car at the airport. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. I would not recommend Uber to my worst enemy!!
