At present, I am still having a difficult time. I have been trying to process an order from Hy-Vee with Uber eats. I am trying to use a promotion for Uber one customers and my healthy benefits card. I have both checked my health benefits allowance and my debit card which I have put into the system. It keeps refusing to process. The message to add another payment method is all I receive. This has been very frustrating because I attempted to do this order the previous evening from nine to 11:30 PM. The last message I received from your help support says it will get back to me in 6 to 12 hours. I haven’t received any messages and I still can’t process my order. This is very frustrating and it makes me want to switch my delivery service to either GrubHub or DoorDash. I would appreciate getting a response.
