I ordered a monthly box from them, and then to decided to cancel it. But they had already taken my money, so now I am trying to get it back. $40, which is a lot of money. They have now decided to send me a box anyway, instead of giving me the money, but every time I try to track the parcel, nothing comes up. I am so sick of them, and just want this over with.
