“They are scammers and all they want is to grab people's money. I never received the product and they do not respond to emails. After several emails I sent they lied that they sent the product and it was lost in transit, but I never received any tracking number. They also lied that they will resend it and I am still waiting. I have not received anything. I have requested a refund and still have not received a response. !!! Never buy from them !!!”

“This company is definitely a scam and I regret that I didnt report them to the police in the past when I ordered something from them. All the jewellery came directly from China with the custom declaration on it, naming a price of 0.50$ to 1.00$. I ordered a "opal necklace" and it was glitter in resin instead of opal lol! Theyre selling this cheap stuff for 20$-50$, scamming people for money. There also is no evidence about them helping animals. Its a bad business idea to get rich from scamming people. They must be reported and should be charged for it..”

“I tried calling a customer service number to cancel my subscription & it is a number for Medicare! There is no way to get in touch with them. I think this is a scam. I have received some nice things but overall I will not be ordering from them again.”

“I ordered 3 of the UNTIL THE END OF TIME rings and they are SO CHEAP LOOKING AND I CANT EVEN READ THE WRITTING ON ANY OF THEM!! AND THE QUALITY IS HORRIBLE AND IT TURNED MY FINGER GREEN!! NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER”

“Please if you don’t want to be scammed for your money, DON’T USE THEM!!!! I went to purchase some of the ‘free’ items and told that it had to be a minimum of of 3 items. I placed these into my cart and it said my total was $1.97 then I go into checkout and it then turns into $29.87. This is an absolute scam for your money and these items are not free! It’s incredibly wrong and they are literally just trying to scam everyone for there money! I was also buying a humming bird necklace for my best friend, I was told that due to COVID the shipping would be delayed, I waited about two weeks and had heard no update as to what had happened! Anyway long story short, I ended up getting in contact with HQ and I asked for a refund but they were extremely hesitant to do so until I sent them at least three emails (I am unable to attach the emails here as I don’t know how to) I finally got a refund but unfortunately didn’t get my items!!”

“I ordered two rings and a necklace as gifts for my friends. I'm happy about the necklace and one of rings is pretty good, but I'm really dissatisfied with the other ring of big bear and two smaller ones. It looks really bad and quality isn't as good as I thought it be, it looks nothing like it was shown in the photo I am really disappointed...”

“I ordered a monthly box from them, and then to decided to cancel it. But they had already taken my money, so now I am trying to get it back. $40, which is a lot of money. They have now decided to send me a box anyway, instead of giving me the money, but every time I try to track the parcel, nothing comes up. I am so sick of them, and just want this over with.”

“I ordered 2 rings and a necklace I paid 15.95 for the shipping cost I ordered them as birthday gifts for my daughter's their birthdays have passed and they are still waiting on their gifts when I try to contact someone to see where my items are I get a email saying a representative will contact me in 24 hours haven't received any response from anyone I am very frustrated I believe they are a scam and took my money and will never send me anything I would advise no one to order anything from them”

“I ordered my rings back in December 2020 and it took over 2 1/2 months for me to receive them. The rings weren't that great. They're Customer service sucks. I tried to contact them and they wrote back saying a customer service rep would be in touch with me within 24 hours. I never heard a word from them. I would NEVER order from them again.”

“I ordered about $5.00 of items for 99 cents each. When my charge was sent through I was charged $50.00. I am a very poor person. I couldn’t pay my electric bill that month. I had to borrow from my sister. There is no reason for this. Be safe and do not buy from them.”

“I bought 3 items and i got them in 3 weeks. (I paid the shipping almost 15$ which in euros is 13€) Btw I'm from Italy. But I realized those were the same things that wish and aliexpress have... Won't buy again. I really thought they helped animals.”

“Same thing. Ordered some if the free stuff you still pay for shipping. Never got. Never had a card saying they tried to deliver. Says they got it back but never told me or sent it back. Try find a number to call”

“I ordered 3 items in May 2020 and have still not received them. I received 2 emails from Canada Post stating it was being delivered but I've received NOTHING! Web site keeps saying it's being shipped but nothing else. Total cost was $29.85usd and it was a gift for my granddaughter. I am beyond fed up.”

“It is not a scam... BUT Ordered a ring the 5th of january and received it the 21 of july. Considering the situation with the Covid-19, it's understandable that the shipping might take some more time. It's not the first time I order from them, always received my packages but it takes and indecent amount of months every time. The quality is okay. nothing more than average. Don't even bother and try to contact them. You will never get an answer. At least I never got one.... since january to july... keep that in mind. (only bot answers that lead you to another web site to leave your questions about your package and they didn't even read mine.)”

“don't order from this company i ordered some jewelry over two months ago and i still haven't received it. i have tried contacted them and they wont reply to any messages i send them. DON'T ORDER, IS A SCAM!!”

“I placed an order on April 21st, had no tracking info after April 25th. Customer service told me it can take up to 30 days (after 20 on their website) and then they stopped returning my emails. It's now been over 50 days in transit and I still haven't recieved it. Huge scam.”
