Like Many others on here I have ordered goods to the value of £300 and on the 19-4-19 and still awaiting for the items to be delivered. Still showing Awaiting Shipment on website. I have phoned numerous times with no reply and just a answer machine that no longer allows you to leave a message. I have rang different companies next door to Henry Brummel and been informed the building is closed with no activity. And the website is no longer working correctly. With the lack of communication and website not working correctly I’d say they have ceased trading. Will be contacting bank to try and get a refund. Pity as I have used Henry Brummel previously a few times with no issues. If they have gone bust you would think they would put up something on the website rather than leave people in limbo not knowing what’s going on.
