Terrible use of communication. After many years of being a loyal customer they have let everyone down with their terrible customer service. My sons received gift certificates for Christmas, but unfortunately after ringing and visiting the shop we have had no contact. Unable to use them on their website so heyho lets put it down to experience and NEVER buy gift certificates for local stores. Disgusted that they can't even put a polite notice in the window regarding their service.
