I have insured my cars for many years with Henshalls. This year I was unable to speak to the person who has always advised me as she was away on holiday. I had 2 telephone conversations with the person dealing with my policy, she was pleasant although on both occasions, however I got the impression that she wanted to finish the conversation quickly?
I appreciate they are busy and especially so at this time of year with staff on holiday, however insurance is not cheap nowadays and I did not appreciate feeling the way I did.
