I was very impressed with the customer service from Her Empire. I ordered the “destined for you” dress but was unfortunately given the wrong one. I was given a very similar dress, so I see how the mistake could have happened. As soon as I let the team know they immediately shipped me the correct dress. Unfortunately I was notified I’d have to pay duty on this second package. Thankfully, I reached out to the team asking if they would pay (as I didn’t have to pay for the first package and the second package is a result of their mistake). They immediately replied and paid the duty for me! As for the dress, it’s okay! It’s currently being altered as it’s too big. The material isn’t what I expected, as it feels a bit cheap. In my opinion they are a bit over priced for the quality. Shipping was also extremely fast. Overall I had a good experience and I’m sure I’ll wear the dress at some point!
