I was missing 4 seeds from my previous order, I contacted customer service who looked into my order. They realised they under shipped on my seeds. They were quite happy to send my missing seeds for free with a couple of freebies for the inconvenience, the order only took 5 days to reach Australia. This is my 5th order with Herbies, always happy with seed quality, 90% germination rate, top marks.
