Herbies Customer Service surpasses any other company I have dealt with over the past 11 years. Their seeds are 100% dependable to sprout in my experience and often they have strains that are difficult to find elsewhere.
The packaging is not fancy, viles with seeds in an envelope, but I have never had a problem with them in mailing process.
I highly recommend Herbies Seeds!
