I recently made a purchase from herbies. Using the paper towel method for germination(5 days) I ran into issues. I contacted customer support through the chat icon and had a brief conversation with 2 reps. My current situation was made right (as always). Bottom line, herbies has the best customer service!! Id recommend them to anyone.
