Placed an order in the first few days of December & just got it today. Thats 3 weeks. Unacceptable!! When I finally open my package it was not the soaps I wanted. Someone on their team decided to substitute the missing soaps instead of sending me an email asking if I wanted to substitute or if I would rather wait. This is also unacceptable & frustrating since this was a Christmas gift. They've messed up 2 out of the 4 orders I've placed with them. If it wasnt for my son, I would never order from them again. They cant ever get it right & the shipping takes too damn long & the presentation lacks!
