This is just to inform customers that you will not be getting your order until weeks after you place your order, which isn’t acceptable. This isn’t great customer service. Hiring more employees to be efficient and effective is great customer service.”

That usually happens when you change cleansers so I thought I give it a full month before writing this review. I wanted it to work for my skin so that I can continuously support a black owned company but the breakouts got worse. So back to my original I go and hope my face clears up.”

“I've only used the lemongrass soap. This soap is wonderful. My skin texture and hair has made a Total turnaround. The soap makes me feel like I'm being hugged by moisture, warmth and Love. And my hair is growing again. I haven't used the charcoal soap yet. I'm not a fan of the everything bar. It's just regular like store-bought soaps. I don't feel any effect or benefit from it on my skin.”
