“I just love All of the body soaps! The nice clean feel of your skin is like no other... you can't get that from commercial brand soaps, The scents are very unique and natural within themselves HOWEVER the facial kit I purchased is another story, it broke my face out worse than what it already was, I'm very disappointed about that because I thought I had found my remedy. Nevertheless I will continue to support this business but I'm just going to stick with the bar soap and body oils.”

“The soap feels lovely - soft and moisturizing. The scents are unpleasant to me, however. This is an issue of personal taste. Clearly, SO many people love the way these soaps smell. I prefer clean, simple, natural scents to these stronger ones, however.”
“The vanilla and cedar wood body butter smells horrible. Bought this for my wife and she immediately disliked it. The lemongrass one is ok. As far as the vanilla and cedar wood nobody in the house wants it, I have 5 females in my household and they all disliked it. It made my daughter skin itch real bad. The oatmeal and honey soap has zero smell. I thought it would have had a little scent. And it didn’t last long. I was kinda disappointed in the products. Maybe I should have got the sample sizes to see what I like and dislike.”

“I placed an order for sample set & a full size soap bar. When my order arrived I only received the sample set so I emailed them immediately. She wanted me to send what I received as if I was lying.”
“6 of the 27 bars of soap that I received were missing 1/4 of the size, shape, dimensions, weight that they were supposed to be. The viscosity of the body wash was so incredibly thin, it was like the consistency of water. I was not expecting to end up receiving products with these issues and when I brought what I thought must have been flaws, mistakes, or errors of quality control to the attention of the customer service department, I was told that the products are "supposed to" have these issues and that they are apparently "intentionally" made this way as part of their "design/style". They ended up giving me a partial refund for my less than positive experience, which I appreciated. However, they seemed to totally dismiss my concerns and denied that anything I received was actually wrong, instead of taking any responsibility or taking what I was saying under some real consideration. It is not the first time I have ordered hand made soap like this from other companies, so I know from experience that some of the product was cut incorrectly and yet was still allowed to be boxed up and shipped out to customers anyway. I don't believe for a second that it is some kind of obviously bizarre style/design choice, like they tried to claim.”
