“I absolutely LoVe LoVe the products but the shipping is outrageous and makes me question why I continue to order. (Ie. Ordered product 12/27/2020 - it is 1/20/2021 (yes i have waited my allotted time and customer service isn’t helpful) and there isn’t even a shipping update through USPS. I order based off when I need product and now I’m out and still waiting. There’s never an issue debiting there money for the payment — this shipping is disgusting.

“I was really in love with your soaps, especially the lemongrass &patchouli but my last order was replaced without consulting me first. I've sent messages and never got a response or an apology. It was stated on my invoice that the hemp had those ingredients in it but the smell isn't as pundjent as what I ordered. Very disappointed 😞”

“Customer service and presentation needs to be addressed. I was excited to support a black business in my state. I was thinking of ordering the $500 everything basket for Christmas gifts but decided to buy the travel sizes to try the products first. Placed order online for pick up but had to call to see if order was complete after 3 days. Told the order would be ready by the time I arrived. I got there 3 hours later and one of the helper started throwing my items in a paper bag and handed it to me. The soaps are all different sizes, looks like a piece broke off and the said, “good enough”. ( I tried to post pics with the review but I wasn’t allowed to post them.) One of the soaps didn’t have a label. The cashier actually picked up an Everything soap bar out the box of other Everything soap bars, without a label, and thought that was good enough to give a customer. I got two mini oils and they have different bottles and different tops. Presentation is an important aspect if you want your business to grow. I did get a chance to use the Neem and Chlorella soap and the Lemongrass and Patchouli oil. Both smell wonderful! The soap left my skin feeling smooth yet filmy and the oil was very light, my skin drank it in quickly. I may buy/ try the products again but if I’m in the area.”
“I love the scent of the deodorant I got the sample package and I was upset because it was hard to get the deodorant out of the jar. I wish it would have came in a deodorant push up, but it was very inconvenient. I did not realize that the sample deodorant package came in small jars”
“I love the soaps I received however, I was not happy with the customer service and lack of customer service I received after waiting a month on a receiving my soap and being ignored when i addressed it and you mentioned adding something extra to my package and I never received anything for it. I reached out and again, no response. So unfortunately, that turned me off. Other than that, your soaps are amazing!”
