I love the soaps I received however, I was not happy with the customer service and lack of customer service I received after waiting a month on a receiving my soap and being ignored when i addressed it and you mentioned adding something extra to my package and I never received anything for it. I reached out and again, no response. So unfortunately, that turned me off. Other than that, your soaps are amazing!
