I absolutely LoVe LoVe the products but the shipping is outrageous and makes me question why I continue to order. (Ie. Ordered product 12/27/2020 - it is 1/20/2021 (yes i have waited my allotted time and customer service isn’t helpful) and there isn’t even a shipping update through USPS. I order based off when I need product and now I’m out and still waiting. There’s never an issue debiting there money for the payment — this shipping is disgusting.
I truly order because the soaps, tea tree facial wash, and serum are my staples pieces.
