I was really in love with your soaps, especially the lemongrass &patchouli but my last order was replaced without consulting me first. I've sent messages and never got a response or an apology. It was stated on my invoice that the hemp had those ingredients in it but the smell isn't as pundjent as what I ordered. Very disappointed 😞
