I wasn't quite satisfied with my order. When my order arrived it wasn't want I original ordered. In fact, it was overloaded with soaps when I had ordered a few soaps, along with facial products and deodorant. I sent an email to the company (Herbneden) and explain my concern. They ask me to show them a picture via email to see the order when I did I got no response from the company. At that time, I had to go a little future to get a refund which as of this review I haven't got a refund. In these days and times I don't have money to waste. It is a pandemic and people are hurting for money.
