The shipping times are TERRIBLE! It says 5-7 days for the order to be fulfilled and shipping. I never receive my items on time, it took several weeks and sometimes over a month for my soap to be delivered. I like the soap, but it's just not worth the hassle. It's a shame I have to find another provider because the shipping is the worst.
