I absolutely love their soaps and the costumer service is exceptional. My husband had a severe facial burn from an outside product and he was going to wash his face with his regular liquid body wash and I said: "Oh no, I am going to use the natural Herb'NEden Charcoal soap to wash your face and don't touch that chemical filled soap of yours." My husband loved the smell and the feel of the Herb'N Eden soap. Also, the costumer service representative were able to solve my issue in not time. I will be buying more of their soaps
