Very easy ordering process. They were back logged when I ordered, which I knew, but the kept me updated on my order and they made me feel great. The soap is amazing. I ordered on with chamomile, and the bits of the flower are all throughout the soap. Not just sprinkled on top. And not just small pieces, there are whole flower heads in my bar. I love this product and will definitely order more. You cant beat the price either.
