Booked on Sunday for collection Monday. Nobody turned up. Tracking said an attempt to collect was made. That's a lie. Tuesday tracking said the collection was made. That was a lie too. After a complaint the parcel was collected on Wednesday and now the tracking says not collected no longer required.
Useless company. Pay a bit extra and get a real courier service. This lot are a shambles.
