Ever tried to contact these people lately? just come off the phone after talking to a machine, got absolutely nowhere. Im trying to get some information about a parcel thats gone missing but unable to get anywhere, the retailer says hermes has it, but Hermes tracking says waiting to receive from retailer. WHAT A SAD SITUATION IN THIS DAY & AGE.
