Terrible and insensitive customer service. Delivery company Hermes as nasty as can be. I ordered for several shoes in a large parcel from ShoeZone. They claim it was delivered when it never was. I asked my flatmates and neighbors, who have always collected all mail in my absence and returned same, but nobody saw the parcel. I called customer service severally but the automated system told me the same tracking number Hermes had sent me could not be recognised. They deliberately prevent you from speaking to a human, so you technically forgo your hard earned money after a failed delivery. Now my family is so disappointed as I promised them shoes that never came. How can you deliver a parcel with no name or signature of the receiver in a civilised country? This is not done even in the "third world". FRAUD is all I can smell and I am informing the authorities right away!!!!!
