I'm not even going to waste my time! How many times have I and thousands of other complained about the same things over and over and over and over and over again for years and they change NOTHING! I don't understand how this company hasn't gone under they must have some hold over these big online retailers like Amazon as not only haven't they folded but they don't even seem to loose a single contract! Something defiantly dodge going on! I would rather I had a choice of couriers to choose from and if it was between Hermes saying they could deliver in 7 days and another who said they couldn't deliver for 6mths ... Id pick the 6mths option!
