The worst delivery service I’ve had experience with. I was waiting for my parcel to be delivered for a week staying at home not being able even to go to buy groceries as they were saying that they would deliver the parcel till from 8 am to 8 pm. The first attempt wasn’t successful as allegedly the driver hadn’t found my building (lol, the address was correct, I saw the Hermes car next to my building and saw the delivery guy going to deliver a parcel to one of my neighbours, apparently he was not in the mood to deliver my parcel because it was raining). Then I called on the hot line and I was recommended to put a sticker on my door with my phone number so that I could go downstairs and get my parcel. But every other day the same situation was happening. So in the end they just sent my parcel back. Awful service . Absolutely ridiculous excuses. I will never use your service ever again!
