Summary: STAY AWAY FROM HERMES. Pay the extra fees to go for DHL. Hermes deserves not even a single star. I've scheduled to pickup an XXL package on a Saturday and made sure to be at home the entire day from 8:00 - 20:00. Of course, nobody showed up. Since nobody was working after 20:00, I had to wait until Monday to contact their customer service. They scheduled a new pickup order and the earliest possible is Tuesday. Again on Tuesday there was no surprise, not a single person showed up nor rang the bell, nothing. Called the customer service again and they've confirmed that my delivery address is input correctly. All in all, I've wasted my effort to print the label, sacrificed my weekend and suffered from 4 days of delay in total and receive ZERO service. This is the first time I've "used" Hermes and it will definitely be the very last time.
