The parcel was supposed to have been delivered between the 26th and the 28th and then I got a message that as the parcel was bigger than expected it had to be delivered by special courier. Well the parcel has now disappeared into the ether.Customer service is non existent. I don't want to be dealing with a chat bot. I have contacted them at least 3 times but they obviously haven't got the common courtesy to give me an update. Useless company, use anybody else but not them.
