I am very disappointed, I have paid extra for fast shipping, and it was suppose to reach yesterday, I waited the entire day and haven't received it. And they said it will be send it back since I was not at home. Seriously????? And today j waited the entire day so the same mistake doesn't happen again, since today was the last day for me to get that order I really needed it. But they said i was not a home again????? And address everything was fine and this never happened with other shipment companies before. Also I have talked with two ladies on chatbot they were not helpful at allllllll, and one of them even rude. Very disappointed and this will be the last time for me to do something through Hermes.
