I used Hermès online store to order 2 scarfs as gifts. The scarves were received quickly. I was astonished when both scarves were stuffed in ONE box. When I called Hermès customer service the next day to purchase/acquire another box, I was told that it is not company policy to send/sell boxes and that I CANNOT get another box for gifting. I am SO disappointed as will be the recipient. I have received better customer service from discount stores. Please beware if you order multiple items for gifting, order separately! That’s what I was informed of retroactively. Thanks Hermès.
