One of the WORST companies to ever deal with. Ordered my mom a perfume for her birthday, only after ordering and paying them, I was informed this was a “signature only delivery” and my mother works Monday-Friday so she was not going to be home to sign for it. I asked if they could request FedEx to deliver after 4PM and they said no. I asked if she could pick up at a FedEx holding center, and they said no. I contacted FedEx to see if they can alter the delivery time and they said that Hermes does not allow that. Hermes made this entire transaction a NIGHTMARE to deal with. Customer service was of ZERO help. My poor mother was awaiting this for so long and it never came. She even took a day off work to wait for it and the FedEx driver never arrived and posted a picture of the street she lives on from inside his truck. Overall a very BAD experience. This was a birthday gift and they ruined my mother’s birthday. I will NEVER do any business with this company again. Be aware that anything you order will NEED TO be signed for and CANNOT be picked up at a holding location, which is the stupidest thing I have ever heard. Customer service is a JOKE and they do not care at all about the money you spent. Also takes a while to get a refund. Terrible company. Terrible experience. TERRIBLE customer service.

I received a Hermes Apple watch with a band that was too big. I paired the watch for maybe an hour until after I tried on the band. I submitted the return and now they are sending it back to me because I paired it. In the meantime I purchased the watch with the Grand H band. They would not make an exception and now I am stuck with two watches. Do not do business with this company.

Warning to anyone purchasing Hermes items online. I purchased an Apple Watch strap ($375) two years ago. One of the bracket attachments broke and I contacted Hermes to see if I could get it repaired. Happy to pay for the repair - just need to know how to get it to them for repair. I have sent 5 emails via their customer service contact request - I get a response back from them asking for details and photos of the strap - and then I hear nothing. I have sent 5 emails and get that one generic response and no follow up. This is the second time I have had problems with items purchased from Hermes on line and I will not purchase anything further from them and strongly recommend that no purchases from Hermes online.

I bought a sneakers from Hermès , Canada.They have been torn . I have asked them to repair them. They told me you wore it a lot and we would not do anything. I didn’t know we have to watch the Hermès shoes instead of wearing .

Absolute worst. I would pay people to not purchase from this brand. They sent me a pair of sandals that did not fit. When I returned them they would not refund me. They lied. They said the sandals were scuffed. I did NOTHING but try the sandals on and directly put them back to return. So incredibly rude and their products aren’t even nice or well made.

I visited Hermes cannes and luckily was served by a sales assistant called Fatiha She served me with all of her heart and was so patient with me Her purpose wasnt to sell me she wanted to build a relationship and a friendship with me She is like a sister to me now With her warm heart and beautiful smile She has a good taste in fashion and knows how to advise you

I purchased a bracelet and I put the words in the order I wanted in graved on it and they were completely engraved backwards. "Thanks for being you" and they put "you being for thanks" They said I would have to pay more money to have it fixed. This is very disappointing!!

I didn't receive my ring ordered from the US and it got delivered to the wrong place AGAIN. I have been looking around the neighbourhood to find the package with no luck. Honestly Hermes is the WORST ever. Thats my third time having issues not receiving an order. What a bloody waste of time and money.

I purchased a bracelet from the Palm Beach store a few months ago. It never stayed closed. It always popped open. The H popped off. I went to the store and they informed me that they are sending it to France and it will be 8 MONTHS! I told them I had recently purchased it in their store. Hermes told me they will be in touch to send me a quote of how much the repair is. Worst customer service. I will never buy another Hermes product again.

I have had my name on the wishlist for nearly two years now for my first Hermes bag (kelly 28 Sellier). First at Selfridges where the service was not so great and then more recently at New Bond Street store. Anyway a lovely SA called Nicky did my last wish list and said that he would send an email to HO to explain that I had been on the WL for a while. This was in March of this year. I went back to the store two weeks ago and spoke to Nicky again and he remembered me and said that he would be happy to send an email again to HO. I asked him how would he know if it was successful and he said, they don't know, they only know if the persons wish is fulfilled. I thanked Nicky and made my purchase and left. As promised he sent an email to HO as the next day I recieved my email that my wishlist has been fulfilled and a few days later I picked up my bag! I would like to thank the staff at NBS Hermes, especially Nicky, who proved to me that the process is fair and you just need to be patient. NICKY Thank you for your customer service. Also James, the SA that served me when I went in to the store to pick up my wishlist!. The staff at NBS are lovely and always helpful

Absolutely disgusting from Hermès. The pairs of snickers are making terrible noise even when you just standing. They said it was nothing wrong. I will reserve my right to call ACCC and complaint. They don’t care about brand.

In July 2023, I purchased 3 pairs of slippers from the Hermes Paris store located in George V 42 avenue. In September 2023, I noticed that on one of the sides of the heel there is a gap that is deepening. On September 29, I received an email from Hermes advisors that it was my fault that they came off (see photo) and that there will be a cost of 115 Eur for the repair with a maximum duration of 6 weeks. I accepted this despite the fact that we cannot talk about a hit or a scratch, but simply that the material snapped. At my insistence, the slippers were ready in March 2024 and when they arrived, they looked like this (see pictures). I sent an email with my dissatisfaction and the fact that the slippers do NOT seem to be repaired by Hermes and I was answered by Mrs. Helene K. that the craftsman did his best and that the shoes were worn... when in the 3 months from purchase to bringing it in for repair? For a week I have been reporting and sending different emails and they tell me that they are sorry and that they can do nothing but send the slippers back to the service to be repaired... after they spent 6 months being repaired. I think it's an incredible joke and for a lot of money. There are so many big brands that assume these situations and it is a shame to persist in cheating on our own money. I am attaching pictures so there are no doubts :)

Hermes Germany This situation is just downright disgusting, and shameful. I come to the local parcel shop to pick up my package, and what do they do? Refuse to hand it over! The reason? Apparently, I don't possess an EU passport or a German ID. But I don't need one – I'm an EU citizen with a perfectly valid EU ID card. And guess what? It's not the first time this nonsense has occurred. The first instance forced me to involve the police. They advised me to bring a German friend along, and magically, I got my package along with an apology. Fast forward to today, and it's déjà vu. They called in the boss, and the guy said the same thing. Why? Supposedly because their high-tech machine only accepts German IDs. Right. But the absurdity doesn't end there. Turns out, that's a complete lie. Look at the Hermes website, and it plainly states: 'Eine Abholung ist nur mit Vorlage des eigenen EU-Personalausweises, eines EU-Reisepasses oder eines internationalen Reisepasses (gilt für Bürger aus Ländern außerhalb der EU) möglich. Auch ein bundesdeutscher Aufenthaltstitel wird akzeptiert.' So, they're not just disregarding their own rules; they're breaking the law. So I call the police again. And what happens? Nothing. The shop staff refuses to cooperate. The police call Hermes, and shocker – they blame it on fraud. Yes, because clearly, I'm a criminal mastermind plotting to nab my ASOS dress, armed with email confirmations and a perfectly valid EU ID. Nauseating.

After getting a little bonus I treating myself to a pair of sandals, not cheap but hoping they would last for a few years, how wrong was I strap gave way and when I return them they told me it would take 6 months to repair and also they would let me know how much the repair would cost . You guys have a lot to learn from other aftercare services with other companies .
