I typed in the fragrance I wanted and was careful knowing that there was another fragrance with the same name that is completely different. I typed in Eau d"orange verse and saw there was a concentrate and an eau d'toilette. I picked the eau d'toilette yet they still sent me the concentrate that is eau d'toilette. This is not the original fragrance. When I typed in the original fragrance, there website takes you to the concentrate. They must be having a hard time selling this so they are tricking people by bringing this up and then people look at the concentrate version and choose the eau d'toilette. They told me that it can't be returned because I removed the plastic. A policy that they don't tell you about but since you can't see the bottle unless you open the package, you think it is the one you ordered. I can't believe Hermes is this desperate!

Very bad service. Parcel is lost and they are not willing to do more than write an email and tell me to wait, while I paid for extra fast delivery and the issue can easily be solved. ‘Computer says no’ situation.

I ordered a belt / buckle as a present. we decided to change it. UPS failed to collect it for at least 2 weeks. When finally collected, Hermes agreed to change the order, and confirmed this in writing. They then called to request additional payment for the difference which was fine. Then Hermes then reneged on that contract ‘due to technical issues’ . They sent an email to that effect. Then another member of the Hermes customer service team called to arrange delivery . I told them that they had cancelled the contract. They then rang to say it was going ahead and asked them if they had followed the trail of emails and if they knew what they were doing. I never got an acknowledgement email. They then rang to ask for additional payment , which i had made but it turns out they had then cancelled. I have now paid the difference again. As a company they appear totally incompetent and their couriers UPS are close to being as incompetent. Finally after 3 months my partner will get her birthday present. I will never touch Hermes again. Arrogance and rank incompetence personified.

Bought the On-the-go dog pouch, a few months in the one and only snap failed. Took it to my local Hermes store, they sent it to Beverly Hills who couldn’t fix it, so they had to send it to Paris to get fixed and the anticipated turnaround is eight months. Highly upset at the poor quality of workmanship and the absurd repair time turnaround. I paid almost $800 for a dog treat and poop bag holder and it’s going to take me the better part of the year for them to fix it? Absolutely ridiculous. Incredibly disappointed. Clearly this must be a design flaw. I have a Kate Spade clutch with two snaps that have never failed that I have had longer and put through more rigors than this Hermes substandard product. Extremely disappointed.

I watched my life savings disappear in just three months because of this platform. Every cent I had worked hard for was lost. Hope faded with each day that passed. I felt trapped and saw no way out. They initiated an investigation and worked diligently to recover my funds. After weeks of uncertainty, the unthinkable happened. AMDARKLIMITED successfully retrieved my money. It was a second chance I never thought I would get. Now, I can rebuild my finances. I am grateful for their help.

Sehr schlechter Service – ständige Lieferterminverschiebungen Hermes funktioniert einfach schrecklich. Das Paket wird ständig auf den nächsten Werktag verschoben – und das passiert mehrfach hintereinander. Es ist unmöglich, genau nachzuvollziehen, wann es endlich ankommt. Wenn man die Wahl hat, sollte man lieber einen anderen Lieferdienst wählen. Hermes bedeutet nur Enttäuschung und verschwendete Zeit.

Ho appena ricevuto un bel regalo di Hermès da una mia cara amica. Sono molto dispiaciuta perché lei ha avuto una spiacevole esperienza in negozio. Il personale è stato falsamente cortese tanto da farla sentire fuori luogo. Mi dispiace . Questo non dovrebbe succedere!

Dr. Velasquez is fantastic! Unfortunately, his nursing staff isn't. Sending a RX fax is too much work for them. I was told, in a harsh tone, that in the future I'd have to do it myself. Isn't that their job?

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service from Hermes. I’ve contacted them multiple times via email and have not received a single response. It’s incredibly frustrating when there’s no way to speak to a real person or get support when something goes wrong. A company handling deliveries should have reliable communication and at least acknowledge customer concerns. Sadly, that has not been my experience. I hope they take customer service more seriously in the future.

Awful experience. There was a package send for me from an online website. It was supposed to be delivered by Hermes . The delivery guy arrived to me and rang the door downstairs so I can receive the package. It took me around 30 seconds to get down cause I live in 5th floor. He didn't wait for even these 30 seconds and I have found him already gone and my order was cancelled. It really an awful experience that the delivery guy didn't even wait for couple of seconds until I get down to receive my package.

I placed an order a month ago and still have not received it. I keep getting the run around. This was a mother's day gift. I was looking forward to giving ot to my daughter. I'm so upset and sad. I already paid for this amd was excited to receive it on time.

I order a waller from hermes for $609.90 almost 2 weeks ago, the package got lost during transit via fedex 880858993796. 3 days ago I contacted fedex they told me it was lost in Georgia and i live in Florida. Now hermes costumer service told me i have to wait 7 to 10 days more for an investigation to complete and see if they can issue a refund, i find this horrible costumer service i dont have to wait 10 days for lost package that never ever reach my doors steps not even my the state i live. Horrible service i want my full refund asap. I been waiting 2 weeks and half, they should offer me a discount at least for the issue but they dont care wont be buying anything from hermes anymore.

I recently purchased several items at the Hermes store in Palm Beach . I was absolutely thrilled by the service I received due to my sale associate Polyna who was so accommodating and personable and extremely nice . I would highly recomend this store to anyone because it was a great experience !

Returned a bracket they sent email they recieved it back taking q2days to get refunded my $$ ,there practice is that it needs to come back in same condition and in it's original package well it was still not understanding why 12 days for someone to check it out when they recieved it they would have noticed that didn't take me 12 days to pay for it...

I had a truly disappointing experience with Hermes, and it's safe to say we will never be returning. The customer service is absolutely atrocious. The staff treated us with such arrogance, speaking to us as if we were beneath them and that we were unworthy of even being in their store. It's incredibly off-putting to be made to feel as though the brand is somehow too good for you, as if you should feel privileged to even consider purchasing their products. Sadly, this isn't the first time we've encountered this attitude. We’ve had the same experience at Hermes locations in both the USA and Europe, so it seems to be part of the company culture, not just an isolated incident. It’s a stark contrast to the welcoming and professional service we've received at other high-end brands like Gucci and Louis Vuitton, where we've always felt valued as a customer. For a brand that prides itself on exclusivity, they certainly know how to push customers away. we’ve lost all interest in purchasing from Hermes, and we’ll be sure to share our experience with others. There’s simply no reason to spend money on products from a company that makes you feel like you don't deserve their merchandise. Hermes has lost a customer for life.
