Exceedingly poor quality delivery service that borders on dishonesty. Delivery email said between 1130 and 15.30. No goods have arrived,I contacted Hermes. There was nothing they could do, contacted UPS they said that they have up to 7 pm to deliver the goods and later because it’s Christmas, initially they said that I would not have received an email to say 1130 to 15.30! Little one can say
