Horrendous customer service, item was reported missing by UPS within hours of me placing the order. UPS informed Hermes immediately, but I was not made aware at all, I checked the tracking on the day the parcel was due and found out then. I emailed Hermes who ignored me, I emailed again, they responded stating that they were investigating, by which time Christmas had come and gone, and my partner had no present. I have called Hermes and demanded replacement or refund, to which they have said I need to wait for them to investigate with UPS and recover the money or item from them before they will reimburse me! I am sure this is unlawful. It is now two weeks later and still no replacement or refund. They do not respond to emails, or return calls that they say they will. All the while, my money is in their account accruing them interest. I am absolutely shocked that a large, premium company like this are running such a cowboy operation! I will never buy from them again, and now don’t even want the gift! Give me my money back!

If I could go lower than one star I would. I Bought an umbrella, Pluie de h long, the website clearly states it will come gift wrapped in an orange bag. In fact there is no option for an extra gift wrap, only for a card. It came in bubble wrap. When I called (twice) to speak to customer services and request the presentation bag and ribbons, I was told they could not supply a bag and that I should travel four hour (to London) to speak to a store manager in person. Their solution was to buy another item which would come with a bag (!), return my item, or to search eBay. Not an acceptable level of product or service for this price point. Unhappy, will be returning their overpriced item, and clearly will not be recommending.

The Hermès boutique located at 706 Madison Avenue, NYC. is a place were the French savoir-faire is at its best when it comes to be greeted by several concierges at the main entrance, always with a big smile and asking how can we help you! I find the entire staff regardless of their status in this French company to exhibit the highest level of elegance,(in the way they dressed and project themselves) the French class for sure, politeness and above all, they all are knowledgeable about any products/items regardless if there are clothing, footwear, jewelry, and anything between. I've been shopping lately at this stunning boutique and I truthfully can states that any sales representative/Ambassador is and will go above and beyond to pleases you regardless of the item you wish to purchase; or not for that matter. None will demonstrates to be "pushy" in their attitude as if a "sale" is primordial to them. What a better example to cite is when I purchased a very beautiful book on "Big Cats," priced at $55.00. Yet, Jonathan, the sales representative literally went out of his way to provide a very beautiful gift wrap and so forth. Should I mention Daniel who ordered a dinner plate with another "big cat" while being informed that I will be contacted within few days,(item was located in the company's wharehouse in NJ). Not only did I get such an email to inform me that the item had arrived, but such was delivered in a very impressive giftbox and wrapped so beautifully that I didn't even want to see the plate I purchased!. Not only that I was told that I could look at it, but the lady on the Fifth floor Mrs. Laurie, re-did the beautiful wrap again. I have only high praise for this boutique. Every single employees has taken the task to provide any potential customer the absolute best service to new heights. Should I mention Amelie who kindly showed a gorgeous piece of luggage in order for me to take pictures! Even the countless security people are at your full disposition if you need anything. When it comes to see silk scarves there are hundres to choose from and again, what better service, attention and gracious help I got from Mrs. Veronica.. guess what the motif on the scarf was? In all if I could give a ten stars review, rest assured that I will do so. Many thanks. The Hermès boutique is to be complimented at all levels, as every ones exhibits a true sense of professionalisl, respect, regarless of your status and financial wealth. So, my "hobby" is still seating around, dreaming about all the items I wish to purchase,(will be nice to win the Lottery first...). Dominique B. Woodside, New York.

“Worst after-sales service, worst refund policy.” They denied my return, stating that the tag is not attached to the ring itself. However, the tag is still there, and the package is in very good condition. They just tell you stupid things to avoid issuing a refund!!

Cea mai slabă firmă de curierat! O bătaie de joc la adresa clienților. Nu fac livrarile la timp, coletele ajung deteriorate, un adevărat dezastru! Este o pată rușinoasă pe obrazul Germaniei! În viitor, oricare produs va fi livrat de furnizor prin Hermes, îl voi refuza!

Stay clear of this service. They were supposed to delive a package I order from a major store. First day of delivery I supposedly wasn't there, despite me literally accepting another package from another service within 5min of their supposed attempt. Second day, I am waiting. A the time of the predicted delivery I receive an email, there was an issue with my adress. Check tracking, street was edited out. Mind you, it was shown in tracking the day prior. I am checking the email from the major store to verify - adress is shown correctly in the invoice. This begs the question, when did they lie? When they claimed to have done a delivery attempt? Or when they claimed my adress was missing? Both together obviously doesn't work. Since I saw the adress the day prior, I know they edited the entry in their system to obfuscate incompetence. This tale is still ongoing by the way. The email asked my to contact them. So I did, asking about the location of my package and the necessary steps, providing data, such as tracking number. Days pass, no response. In their WhatsApp service only their bot responds, not a living person. No one picks up the phone. When you work with Hermes, this is what you can expect. This is how they will handle your stuff. Stay far away from this trainwreck of a company.

Once again i had to deal with this company hermes myself and my daughter had packages That have not once or twice haven't come and it was delivered by the same woman we have camera.AND SHE DIDN'T COME TO MY HOME

Stay away. Worst return policy EVER! I would give "zero stars" but the 2 different people I talked with on the phone were actually nice and moderately apologetic - I'm guessing it's not their fault the company has the atrocious policies they do. I paid $110 for a bronzer, and of course I opened it to try it on; the color was not at all what I expected. I first sent an email request for a refund and received a "form letter" telling me there were no refunds, and at the bottom, the email stated, "We look forward to your next visit with us." - Really?? I then called to request a refund (or even an exchange), but was told that because it had been opened, I could not. At the very least the company needs to provide samples of the make-up they are selling; they do for fragrances, why not make-up?? It's a complete sham. I will NOT be buying from here again and have told multiple other folks to stay away from the company!!

They're very disrespectful and racist. I will never buy anything from them again. They questioned me as if I was trying to commit a heist and all I wanted to do is return a item that was nothing like the description. I advise all POC to skip this brand and spend with companies that value us. All I bought was a mini H pop and it should've been called micro with chain to literally choke you.

Good Afternoon Mr. Dumas, I hope this email finds you well. I wanted to let you know about the situation that occurred in your Aventura Mall Location when our CEO, Sam Jidd went to purchase some things. From Sam: "I walked in with my wife to purchase a pair of shoes and to look around for a few things for her as well. I was NOT greeted when I walked in with the exception of the security guard at the front door that looked at me like I didn't belong there. I was standing around and finally went up to a sales associate and asked them for help. Meaning that I HAD TO ASK IF I COULD BE HELPED. I told the sales rep that I wanted to buy a pair of shoes, I knew pretty much exactly what I was looking for since I have been shopping since around 2007-2008. THe sales rep just looked at me and said give me a moment. I sat and waited. I watched another customer walk through the front door and not only were they greeted by the security guard, but by multiple employees and asked immediately if they needed help and what they were looking for and they were attended to right away. I simply thought that maybe the sales rep that I had requested help from was new or just couldn't help me because it wasn't their expertise. I then watched another customer walk in the door and they were greeted as well, again - excitedly by all of the employees and were attended to - if not accommodated in every way - waited on hand and foot. I got extremely frustrated and walked out" This above, Mr. Dumas, is Mr. Jidd's explanation of what happened that day. Mr Jidd has been a loyal customer of Hermes for over 16 + years and is the successful owner and operator of several Luxury Automotive Dealerships! He has never been treated this way in ANY of your locations. Was this because of the color of his skin (because the other customers were White.......was it because your employees felt like he didn't "fit their store"...? I can honestly make a huge deal about this, but instead - I chose to come to you as a civilized human being because I feel that you should know what happens in your stores. Your employees should know to never judge a book by its cover. Mr. Jidd was prepared to spend at least $4,000 that day between himself and his wife and instead he went elsewhere and gave his business to someone that treated him no different because of his skin color. The Manager of the store called him and apologized, but, by that point it was too late. She came up with some story that she was going to help him, but if that was the case, why did Mr. Jidd sit there and wait for a long period of time watching other customers be attended to from the second that they walked in the door....? I have been with my SA at Hermes in the USA for over 7 years, we had a good sales and client relationships. I bought gifts for his son and brought him food. I visited the store in March 2023 and thought he was in the store but he wasn’t. I saw a bag I have been looking for for over 2 years, without hesitation, I bought it. Few weeks later, I visited the store and I can sense he was not happy and he started gave me attitude and no smile at all which is not how he greeted me normally. I thought he would be happy for me because I finally found the bag of my dream. After that incident, he would have me the same greeting, he would stop return my text or return late. I told him I decided to change SA and he said if that’s what you want I understand. I thought he would at least try to make me feel better by apologizing for his actions, 7 years of experiences gone, so cold and so senseless.

I ordered Sandals for CHF 750, which I had to pay upfront, and received used sandals. After stating the reason of my return that the sandals are clearly not the quality they should be, Hermes customer service called me and told me that because I had worn the sandals they cannot take them back and I won't receive a refund. They could not prove to me that the sandals left Hermes in a new state because they didn't take any pictures. Very, very frustrated and disappointed. Will pursue this legally but the quality assurance is definitely not guaranteed and the service is bad.

I have been working with Mel in the Palm Beach store for a few years now. He is an absolute pleasure to work with, to the point that I fly from NYC to Palm Beach to see him and shop with him. We are in constant communication and he never fails to ask when I will be back to visit the area, asks about my dog, and even wishes me a happy birthday - the ultimate personal touch! I have shopped all categories with him, and he will send me pictures of items he thinks I would be interested in. He is patient, fantastic and truly goes above and beyond for his clients. He is passionate and knowledgeable about the company and what he does. A true gem!

Ordered a men's bracelet for an anniversary, ordered on Sunday July 9th, paid extra $70 for it to be delivered on time. This company uses FedEx. Received a message on Monday July 10th that the order was delayed, not my problem. Received a message on Tuesday July 11th that order was shipped, which means it was going to be delivered on a day when no one was home because if the delay. 1st attempt was on Wednesday, July 12, at 531pm, after the estimated time was between 920am, and 120pm. We work were not home, and couldn't plan for that. 2nd attempt on Thursday July 13th between 930am, and 130pm, we were home, no delivery, left to run an errand, FedEx delivered at 202pm, this time with a note, they will try again tomorrow Friday July 14th between 910am, and 110pm, so I call FedEx to try and figure it all out, try to be proactive, see what I can do, completely non customer friendly, no help at all, told me nothing she can do at all, that I need to contact Hermès. I contact Hermès, after waiting on hold for like 10 min, now the lady on the phone very nice, polite, and understanding, thank you, but nothing she can do...the package will be delivered the 3rd attempt, and if no one is home it will be sent back to Hermès, they will refund me which is great, I think I loose the FedEx extra $70 I paid, but they will refund me, and then I have to reorder the package again, and do it all over again. What part if this is customer friendly, how is it helping me, considering that our anniversary is on Sunday, July 16th. It is completely ridiculous, not customer friendly at all, completely an inconvenience, ruined the special occasion. Businesses need to rethink what's going on, and help people. Good luck Hermès, they will deliver tomorrow, and no one will be here, and you will refund me, thank you, and I will not order anything from you again, because of this experience. 1st and last time. Only reason you got a 1, was because I couldn't pick 0

Actually the staff in Hermes is very haughty. This is the place where you feel yourself really bad. Like you are nothing. Better come and spend money in other place. Actually I don’t know what this brand think about them but actually no new styles for long long time. the brand of only 2 bags birkin and kelly. and nothing more. this is really great business model based on speculations. Actually there are several brands with limited production capacity but nowhere you need so wait long time to know about items availability. the sales mostly based on SA bias as i understand. don’t want to deal with them never ever.
