I wish I could give them zero. the Customer service is the worst. For such an expensive brand like Hermes, it is a shame to have this awful customer service. They don't pick up the phone, they are so late about everything. They don't answer the email quickly. I had an exchange and it took me 32 days to get my exchange. Will never buy anything else from them...
