Ordered a belt for my girlfriend. Arrived fine. It was the wrong size. I returned the belt through FED EX and asked for an exchange. This is where the trouble began. I owed an additional amount for the new (wider size). I asked to pay the diff and have it shipped. (It’s past her birthday now by 2 weeks ). Each time I called , I was put on hold for 10-15 minutes. I called 3 times. She called 2 times. I also emailed and asked the same. By the time we actually got a call, we were told that the replacement belt had been removed drone the cue and that they were out of this style. The replacement order had been confirmed and then cancelled. They said that they’d return my money and that I could reorder. What a mess. The customer service is broken. The people seemed untrained and simple. It’s isn’t their fault since they are in a broken system that doesn’t have enough help. Product is good. It should be , given the price $1000 belt. But what a shame that the customer service is so poor. Shame on this lousy company.
