The staff at Hermes Amsterdam store believes that they are so exclusive - they don’t care about the customer
Compared to other luxury brands - Hermes is worse experience than a street vendor who does not care
It took 40 minutes and nobody had even a care to answer one question that would determine if I would stay and wait
I shop luxury brands regularly and I m never going to Hermes again
Dior and Chanel provide incredible customer experience world wide
Hermes is the opposite
A combination of highly marked up merchandise, artificially created shortage of merchandise and complete lack of customer service - is not a good reflection on the brand
