The couriers NEVER ring the bell slightly tapping on the door and no-one hears them.
My last parcel I caught them at the door but later found out that instead of a signature on the email saying your parcel was delivered there was a squiggle/line that I am supposed to have signed.
Parcels have been delivered with no card left to say where they have been left. Very poor service.
