Forest Hall store should be closed down. The hygiene is diabolical. The toilets are black, the store room is a mess, bugs and staff are horrible. Witnessed burping, poor language and just unpleasant staff. The manager seems clueless after I raised my concerns. Contacting environmental health and trading standards next due to a threat to the local people who shop here.
