I was very happy with an online shopping experience itself and I will definitely come back in the future. However, the lack of communication after I was trying to exchange my item, no information whether I will receive my exchange and how long it will take to send it was a bit off putting. I had to call on a numerous time and even though I was reassure by a costumer service that I will receive email regarding my exchange unfortunately I still did not get it.
