Ordered a pair of Adidas Yeezy Boost 950 W from them which was shipped via DHL. A Hervia employee classified the item as women's clothing when completing the custom form when in fact the item is a women's boot. This error has incurred a higher custom fee. I have made numerous attempts to contact Hervia to make the correction but to no avail.
