Ordered an Adidas jacket, arrived very fast but a number or two bigger.
Returned it, received another jacket but just doesn't fit my size so i decided to return and have a refund.
Notified Hervia several times but no one replied.
They have received the jacket but still haven't received refunds .. no mail replies.
Hervia, do something about your communication with the customers.
