placed 4 orders and finally successful pass the security check.
first order, visa
second order, paypal
third order, amex
all failed the security checks.
at first i thought the issue is due to the shipping address and billing address are different, but i cannot find any option to change the billing address. end up i have to register a new account to put the billing address to same as the shipping address.
very poor customer service! emails a few times and no response at all.
